HPAN is able to assist local verified rescue groups with funds for their rescue efforts because of the generous donations of our network supporters. Rescue organizations must be located in East Tennessee (primarily Anderson County, its bordering counties, plus Blount and Fentress counties). Non-profit and state-registered rescue organizations that would like to be considered for rescue partnership can send an email to info@helpingpawsanimalnetwork.org to begin the vetting process.
