HPAN Soup Kitchen

HPAN is sponsoring a soup and sandwich fundraiser in Pollard Auditorium Lobby. A variety of yummy soups, sandwiches/bread, hot dogs, chips, and desserts will be available for purchase. A bowl of soup with sandwich or bread/hot dogs with chili and fixings and chips is $6.00, and is available for eat-in or carryout. Also come check out our desserts, which will be priced separated.

And wait, there’s more! You will also have an opportunity to purchase an HPAN t-shirt for $12.00 in a variety of colors and sizes or an HPAN 2016 calendar for $8.00.

Cash, checks, and credit cards will be accepted for all purchases.

All proceeds from this fundraiser will go directly to, or on behalf of, area rescues. Because of your generosity and several very successful recent fundraisers, HPAN was able to solicit proposals for capital improvement or long-term sustainability projects in 2016. We were able to grant a proposal submitted by GoNorth Transport Collaborative (operated by he nonprofit group, Peaceful Kingdom) to pay for a year’s worth of insurance for their transport van, valued at $3,995! GoNorth is a group of animal shelters in East Tennessee that works together to transport animals to under-capacity shelters in several northern states. They rescued and transported 2,625 animals in 2015!
